A.M. Deep Water - This class is a high-energy
cardiovascular workout in the deep end of the pool. It consists
of choreographed routines with power moves that are optional.
Floatation belts are used along with weights and water noodles.

Aqua Arthritis - This class is a non-impact
program designed by the Arthritis Foundation to provide warm water
exercises for strengthening, increasing range of motion and flexibility.
No swimming skills are necessary. This class is great for beginner
or advanced levels. A release form from your doctor is required.

Relaxation Stretch Zone - This class is designed
to improve balance and increase flexibility using Yoga principles.
The class length is 45 minutes.
Fit-for-Delivery Combo Splash - This is a pre-natal
water exercise class that anyone can do. The class includes a
warm-up aerobic segment, toning, cool-down and relaxation. The
class length is 45 minutes. A release from your doctor is required.
Morning Splash - This is a medium intensity
class that emphasizes movement, toning, strength and flexibility.
This class is great for all fitness levels. The length of the
class is one hour.

Senior Splash - This is a complete total-body
workout that consists of a warm-up, cardiovascular segment, strength
segment, flexibility and lots of fun. This class is a step up
from Aqua Arthritis. The length of the class is one hour.
Aqua Jog and Tone - This is a jogging class
(deep or shallow water) where you will work at your own pace.
This workout concludes with a 15-minute toning segment. Total
class time is one hour.
