Membership

If you are interested in joining McDowell Wellness Center, we offer special rates for Ephraim McDowell Health Associates and other corporations. Please call (859)936-WELL (9355) for more information.

Membership Types

Individual Member
Member Plus One – the second member must be a spouse or child (ages 12-21) living in the same household
Family – limited to spouse and children (ages 12-21) living in the same household
Student – ages 16-25 and full-time students only
Individual Senior – for individuals ages 60 and over
Senior Member Plus One – limited to spouse only

Seniors who have a Health Rewards membership get a 50% discount on enrollment fees and a 15% discount on optional classes at McDowell Wellness Center.

Individuals who pre-pay for an annual membership will receive a 10% discount.

Electronic funds transfer is required for individuals who wish to pay membership fees on a monthly basis.

Facility Pass - $6
All individuals over 12 years of age
This is a day pass for use of any part of the facility or to take a class
Pool Pass - $3
Only for children under 12 years of age
Body Fat Assessment- $5
Fitness Assessment - $20
Fitness Program - $20
Nutritional Assessment - $20
